Ordering Information
Pay us securely with any major credit card through PayPal!
If you wish to pay by check or money order please continue to email your orders to us as noted below.
To place an order:
Send an e-mail with your name, address and phone number, item description, quantity, color selection, and include exact spelling for personalized items. Please include method of payment you will be using if not using our online PayPal shopping cart. E-mail will be sent to you with your total due including shipping and sales tax (if applicable.)
Custom Orders:
When placing an order for a Custom-made item please e-mail us and include item description, sizes, pattern(s) and color preferences and Custom Order Price Request in the subject line. You will be notified by e-mail of pricing and the estimated delivery time prior to being billed. Once you have received pricing information you will need to send confirmation e-mail back accepting pricing and payment terms. All custom orders require a 50% deposit upon placing your order with the balance due prior to shipping.
Wholesale Orders: Send an e-mail with item description, quantity, and color selections and specify Wholesale Order in the subject line. If you wish to receive wholesale pricing information a resale certificate will be required.
Gift Registry: We offer a gift registery as the perfect way to help you create the nursery you have been dreaming of for your new little one. Simply e-mail us with your item selections, size, color choices and due date and specify Gift Registry in the subject line. Friends and family may then contact us directly for further ordering information.
About our payment methods: We offer several ways of paying for your purchases....cash, personal checks, money orders and we now offer PayPal which is a fast, easy and secure way to make credit card payments. Please note there is a waiting period on personal checks until it has cleared our account. All other orders will be shipped once final payment is received.
About our Shipping: All orders are sent USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. First class rates & UPS rates are available upon request. You will be notified when you place your order as to when you should expect delivery.
